How often does an EICR need to be carried out?

Brillant service from Tees Electrical Limited, I arrived at work and totally lost all of the power to the shop and could smell buring they arrived quickly and talked me through what had happened and what needed doing to repair the damage, i would 100% recommend the company to any one, brillant job done i felt so at ease with them i could not fault them.

Great service, I contacted them requiring them to change an en-suite extractor. They quoted a price, which was very reasonable and completed the job within days. I asked Tees Electrical to carry out a number of jobs around my property including installation of CCTV, updated alarm system and replacement of an existing consumer unit along with a number of other smaller tasks. The guys were very professional, from the provision of quotes through to carrying out the requested work and the provision of all expected paperwork following completion. Excellent work, made as little mess as possible. Three lads including Jon, all pleasant & did their best not to cause more disruption than necessary, despite an old house with many electrical problems. The bill was reasonable too and accompanied by all the appropriate certifications. Would definitely recommend them!!
